Three goals in the final seven minutes of the second half helped Manchester United thrash Everton away in a 4-0 win on Wayne Rooney’s return to Old Trafford.
Manchester United all time leading scorer watched his former team-mates take an early lead thanks to some awesome striking in the first half by A. Valencia in the 4th minute followed by Henrikh Mkhitaryan(83), Romelu Lukaku (89) and Anthony Martial (90).
Manchester United blew Everton away in the final stages, with Rooney who previously missed a couple of good chances following his substitution in the 82nd minute.
The result leaves Everton with just four points after their first five Premier League games.
