Bradford City have signed QPR defender Zesh Rehman on loan till the end of the season. The central defender is expected to figure in the starting eleven against Bury tomorrow.
Rehman had recently returned from a loan spell at Blackpool. He did not get too many opportunities to impress at Bloomfield Road.
The Pakistan international captain was the first player of Asian origin to play in the Premiership, when he played for Fulham against Liverpool in April 2004.
Stuart McCall has obviously signed Rehman with a view to tightening his defence, which has been leaking goals left and right this season. Rehman will probably replace Matt Clarke, who has made a number of defensive errors this season.
